I’m going to do a mock draft with a difference here. In this first round mock I will look at some dilemmas and decisions that NFL front office personnel could be faced with when they’re on the clock in April.

Buffalo coach Sean McDermott had helped lead the Bills to the postseason for the second time in his three years at the helm. Whilst the Bills, like the Texans, have had a potent running attack this year, they made it to the postseason on the back of a smothering defense, which ranked third overall in the league.
Buffalo’s lack of killer instinct on offence ultimately allowed Houston to hang around and claw their way back into the game in the second half.

Pittsburgh Steelers’ head coach Mike Tomlin’s season couldn’t have got off to a worse start this year. In the season opener, the team lost longtime franchise quarterback Ben Roethlisberger for the season in a defeat to the New England Patriots. They then proceeded to drop the following two games to the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers.
